Gubienie pakietów, spadek wydajności internetu

Witam,
potrzebuje pomocy w pewnej sprawie a mianowicie mój internet co chwile gubi pakiety i strasznie zaczął zamulać. Z predkości 30mb/s zrobiło mi sie niecałe 2mb/s a ping się podniósł. Dzwoniłem do operatora i to nie od nich.

Akurat ten powyższy skrypt jakoś pomóc w rozwiązaniu problemu nie miał, bo tutaj infekcji żadnej nie ma.

A sprawdź, jak wygląda sytuacja w trybie awaryjnym z obsługą sieci.

Nic dalej to samo, zadzwoniłem do operatora przekażą sprawe do dziąłu technicznego jak to nie pomoze dalej będę starał się o pomoc narazie dziękuje.
