Laptop: stronki długo się otwierają, nośnik dvd nie działa

Witam mam problem z laptopem. powolnienie, dlugo stronka sie otwiera itd. i nosnik dvd nie dziala , nie wiem czy jest uszkodzony, bo zadna plyta nie chce wchodzic .prosze o pomoc
