Zły obraz - aplikacja lub biblioteka DLL

Witam
Od niedawna po włączeniu jakiejkolwiek aplikacji pojawia się komunikat 'Zły obraz - Aplikacja lub biblioteka DLL nie jest poprawnym obrazem systemu Windows NT. Sprawdź to z dyskietką instalacyjną. Nie wiem jak temu zaradzić. Mam nadzieje że mi pomożecie. Log z OTL:

Bo prawdę mówiąc to żadnej infekcji tu nie widać.

W OTL Sprzątanie

Przeczyść dysk oraz rejestr CCleaner (zakładka Cleaner i Rejestr)

Zainstaluj SP3 http://www.instalki.pl/programy/downloa ... ack_3.html

Po wykonaniu powyższych (w szczególności instalacja SP3) napisz, czy błąd nadal się pojawia.
